About
The Throughline
I am a relationship builder. The work I care most about happens in a conversation: understanding what someone is actually trying to do, and helping them figure out whether what I have in front of me will get them there.
At UNH I have spent five years in graduate recruitment and enrollment. This fall our yield reached 57.6 percent, up 17.3 percentage points from 40.3 percent at the same point last year, achieved while graduate education nationally saw applications fall. I own our Salesforce reporting, I host recruitment programming across the year, and I helped launch six new graduate certificate programs that all enrolled students in their first semester.
I also chair our college's Staff Advisory Committee, where I built a professional development series after the university cut most of its development funding. We use the experts we already have in the building, plus outside professionals who donate their time. Those sessions are the best-attended programming the committee runs.
Outside the university I co-founded AVARON Sports. We spent five years building hardware, decided it was not working, and rebuilt the company as a software product that launched in July 2026. Along the way we raised $75,000 through pitch competitions and ran more than 200 user interviews.

Honors
UNH Holloway Competition Winner+
The Paul J. Holloway Prize competition is UNH's premier business plan competition for undergraduate and graduate students. It challenges students to develop products or services and present their plans to bring them to market. Students from UNH, Plymouth State University, Keene State College, and UNH CPS Online are invited to compete for cash prizes totaling $40,000. It is named in honor of Paul J. Holloway, an accomplished business leader and successful entrepreneur.
e-Fest National Finalist+
e-Fest is delivered in partnership with the Schulze School of Entrepreneurship and EIX.org, a non-profit online platform for entrepreneurship education. e-Fest is a three-day event that brings together the top 25 teams from a national pool of online business plan submissions. e-Fest features four competitions, professional development workshops, presentations from prominent business leaders, and a keynote presentation delivered by Richard M. Schulze, the benefactor of e-Fest and the founder and chairman emeritus of Best Buy.
NEGAP 'New Professional Award' Winner+
At the 2025 NEGAP Fall Conference, hosted by the New England Association for Graduate Enrollment Management, Paul College's own Nathaniel Hunt received the group's New Professional Award. The honor recognizes an early-career enrollment professional who is already making a significant impact in the field.
William and Joan Grant Memorial Entrepreneurship Prize+
Winners are selected by committee once a year among the top graduating undergraduate or graduate students. Winners have been selected for exemplifying the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship during their years at UNH.
